It takes a Geek to Install Linux

Previously in Adventures with Linux I wrote about installing Red Hat LINUX 5.2 Operating System on a junk NEC Ready 7022 personal computer. At this point, I am wondering why Simon Barrett on BNN would actually consider Linux as a good alternative to Microsoft?

The Web is about Freedom and Free Stuff

From its very inception, the great thing about the Web was that it was a place conducive to the free exchange of information. As technology started to progress the Internet became a place where anyone and everyone could get Free or nearly Free stuff. But, in modern times the Web is becoming increasingly commerical.
